What the heck is Weatherization anyway? We often hear the term used loosely around Austin, but what exactly is it? Scores of companies in Austin attempt to offer these services with poor results, but unless you are an industry insider or have done your homework on web pages similar to this one, you may be less than clear on what the term 'weatherization' really encompasses.
